Privacy and Data Protection Notice

ServFaces Hungary Kft., in light of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 — which came into force on May 25, 2018, concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation," has reviewed its data processing and data protection practices in order to ensure compliance with the Regulation and other applicable legal obligations.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to ensure that the handling of personal and special categories of data within our company complies with all legal and operational requirements relating to data protection and data security. It is also intended to assist our clients, customers, contractual partners, and other stakeholders in understanding our data processing practices and in complying with relevant regulations. The company outlines its data handling procedures in its Internal Data Processing and Data Protection Policy.

This policy enters into force on April 3, 2019.
